Legal basis
NOVI processes personal data through the use of Consent in order to send you marketing news/information. Consequently, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation when you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or submit inquiries via our contact forms.
Our processing of personal data is based on your consent, which is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent, up to the time of withdrawal. Personal data and Purpose
Personal information is defined as all kinds of information, which to one extent or another, can be attributed to you.
As a starting point, NOVI only processes ordinary personal data, such as name, company name, location and e-mail.
We collect information about your e-mail and name, which you enter/consent to, when we:
- need to answer your query.
- send you newsletters and information about our tenancy. Newsletters can contain important information about your tenancy, marketing of services, etc.
- (from time to time) draw random winners of prizes, based on newsletter e-mail lists
- sort recipients into groups, based on company and company location, in order to be able to deliver targeted news to our various locations.
- need to optimize our services and content
- need to launch customer surveys (max. 2 times per year.)
- need to forward invitations to communities such as clusters, groupings etc. in which you may have an interest.

Who has access to data?
Only selected NOVI employees and NOVI's IT partner have access to data.
Security
We process your personal data safely and confidentially in accordance with current legislation, e.g. The General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
Storage Period
The information is stored for the period of time permitted by law, and data is deleted when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

When we process personal data about you, you have the following rights:
- Right to see information: You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you.
